Tips For Guests
- Never drink and drive. Take a cab, call home, stay overnight.
- Low risk drinking means no more than 2 standard drinks on any day.
- Drink slowly and consume no more than one drink per hour.
- Wait at least an hour between drinks, use alcohol-free drinks as spacers.
- Eat food when drinking alcohol.
- Choose beer and wine with lower alcohol content, or use less liquor, more mix.
- Always watch your drink.
- Set a limit on how many drinks you are going to have, and stick to it.
- Go with a friend who will help if there is a problem.
