Smart Serve
Smart Serve is Ontario's responsible beverage service training program. The Smart Serve course covers information on alcohol and the body, alcohol and the law, risk management and house policies.
The Smart Serve program is available on-line through Smart Serve Ontario 1-877-620-6082. The program is also offered by:
- Fleming College 743-5630 ext. 2240 or 2211
- Employment Planning and Counselling Peterborough 748-3706
- Peterborough County-City Health Unit 743-1000. The Health Unit also offers Smart Serve to local non-profit organizations on request.
