Summertime Pasta Salad

Get all your food groups in one delicious bowl full!

Ingredients

3 cups uncooked pasta (small shape)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Italian Dressing, fat reduced
4 cups chopped vegetables - broccoli, red or green pepper, tomatoes, frozen peas
1 cup cubed ham OR canned tuna OR rinsed,canned kidney beans or chick peas; OR 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1.  Cook and drain pasta.
2.  Mix in all ingredients.
3.  Chill and serve.

Serves 4 to 6 people.
