Ingredients
1 orange
½ cup orange juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 dried red chili pepper or ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tbsp. flour
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1. Juice orange and put in bowl with an additional ½ cup orange juice, soy sauce and honey.
2. Zest 1 tbsp. of orange peel and set aside.
3. Heat oil in skillet and add zest and chili pepper and cook for 1 minute.
4. Dredge chicken in flour. Add chicken to skillet and cook over medium-high heat for 2 minutes or until browned on both sides.
5. Stir orange juice-honey mixture into skillet and stir well.
6. Cook 20 minutes, covered. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serves 4.
