Pasta Salad

Ingredients

125 grams uncooked pasta.
1/4 cup red wine or apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable/olive oil 
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon mustard, or 1 tsp dry mustard
2 tablespoons dry basil or ¼ cup fresh
2 cups of any fresh vegetables: green peppers, 
zucchini, cucumbers, broccoli
3 medium tomatoes

Optional
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 cup olives
1 can tuna
2 cups chickpeas, kidney beans, or black beans

1) Cook pasta in boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2) Make salad dressing in a small bowl: 
 

1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable/olive oil 
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon mustard, or 1 tsp dry mustard
2 tablespoons dry basil or ¼ cup fresh

3) Chop: 2 cups of any fresh vegetables 
            3 medium tomatoes

4) Mix pasta, dressing, and vegetables together gently in a large bowl.
