Lazy Cabbage Rolls

1 lb. lean ground pork or beef
1 onion, diced
1/2 head of cabbage, chopped coarsely
1 cup cooked rice
1  14 oz. can tomato soup concentrate
1 can water
1/2 cup salsa

1. Sautè meat and onion until meat is browned 
    and onion is tender.
2. Put cabbage in bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole.
    Cover cabbage with meat and onion mix. 
    Sprinkly cooked rice over the meat and
    onions.
3. In a bowl, mix together water, tomato soup,
    salsa and pour over casserole.
4. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Serves 4 people.
