Ingredients
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp pepper
4 4oz salmon fillets about 1 inch thick
sesame seeds for garnish
1. In small bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame
oil and pepper.
2. Pat fish dry and coat top and sides with sauce.
3. Preheat barbecue or broiler and cook fish for about 10
minutes per inch. (You can also bake for 10-12 min. in
preheated 425 F oven)
4. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Great with rice or couscous, vegetables and salad.
