Hamburger Soup

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 raw potatoes diced
1 can beans & tomato sauce or pork & beans
1 can tomatoes - 28 oz.
2 cups hot water
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 raw carrot, diced

1. Sautè beef, onion, celery and peppers in oil until cooked.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.

Serves 6 persons.
