In a large pot of boiling water, cook for 10 minutes or until just tender.
12 oz. bow tie pasta
Stir into pot: 3 cups chopped broccoli about 1 head.
Drain pasta and broccoli and return to pot.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together:
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cups milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
Stir milk mixture into pasta and cook for 5 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in: 2-1/2 cups cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
