Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, many families do not have time to fit breakfast into busy schedules. Many city and county schools have breakfast programs, and some have started snack and lunch programs. Ask your child's principal or teacher, if your school has a program. Help is available to get a program started, if there is enough interest. Call the Food For Kids Coordinator at 743-1000.
