Control measures are broken into the following categories:

     enteric control measures;    see appendix 5
     respiratory control measures;  see appendix 6; and
     general control measures.    see appendix 7

The program staff will recommend control measures to the contact person at the location of the outbreak.

Note:  Some or all of the following control measures may be initiated.
